Ayo Oluseye Moore is an accomplished legal practitioner and corporate leader with a diverse background spanning high-stakes litigation and senior executive roles in the banking sector. Since being called to the Nigerian Bar in 2011, he has developed a niche expertise in Banking Law, Regulatory Compliance, and Commercial Law and Data Privacy expert. He currently serves as the Principal Partner at Moore & Moore Attorneys, a role he assumed in January 2026.

Ayo brings a unique “dual-perspective” to legal practice. Having transitioned from a high-level in-house role back to private practice, he offers clients the strategic depth of a banking executive combined with the technical precision of an experienced litigator. He is known for delivering results that respect both the legal integrity and the commercial budget of his clients.

He is adept at navigating complex regulatory environments, having worked in the compliance units within major financial institutions. He is skilled in contract review, project finance advisory, and providing legal solutions that account for commercial implications.

Olaoluwa Ariyo is a results-driven legal professional and policy advisor with a strong footprint in legal reform, governance, and institutional development. Called to the Nigerian Bar, he combines over a decade of experience in legal practice and public interest work, delivering value across private law firms, development institutions, and cross-sectoral projects. His expertise spans legal advisory, legislative drafting, due diligence, regulatory compliance, and human rights advocacy. He has worked alongside international partners such as UNICEF, where he worked on child rights and justice system reform, contributing to high-level stakeholder engagements and multi-agency policy dialogues.

Olaoluwa brings a rare blend of legal acumen, strategic insight, and a deep commitment to social impact. He is adept at navigating complex legal frameworks, engaging institutional stakeholders, and leading multidisciplinary teams toward sustainable outcomes. Whether supporting justice sector reforms, coordinating programs, or advising on legal strategy, he is consistently guided by integrity, precision, and purpose.

Olawumi Oluseye

Olawumi is actively involved in the firm’s Corporate and Commercial law practice.

She advises on various issues involving startup businesses in Nigeria and helps ensure compliance with all relevant corporate bodies. She has performed corporate due diligence for companies in respect of many high-profile transactions. Her interest also includes Intellectual Property Law, Real Estate Management and Electoral Law and she has participated in some of the firm’s litigation in these areas. She understands the workings of the various Land Registries across the Country and has been instrumental in perfecting titles for various Clients over time. Olawumi manages the Firms’ Intellectual Property Practice and Wealth and Estate Management practice

Kayode Atanda

Kayode specializes in litigation and transaction.

He has advised clients in various adjudicatory matters including but not restricted to trade disputes. He has also represented clients in various commercial disputes at both trial and appellate Courts including in matters relating to Banking and Finance, Garnishee Proceedings, debt recovery and other corporate briefs.

Salmat is an associate in the Firm.

She is a graduate of Law, from Adekunle Ajasin University Ondo state. She is a quick witted and result oriented professional with a flair for research, an avid team player with a thirst for knowledge, she is particularly keen on developing her skill set in order to provide innovative approaches to resolving legal problems.

Her area of expertise is the corporate commercial practice and has worked on a wide range of regulatory and advisory roles for corporate client. She has advised on different types of transactions.

Ujor Lucky Chiaka is an alumnus of Imo State University, Owerri, where he bagged his LL.B degree with Honors

He is adept at criminal and civil litigation and has also advised numerous investment clients on business formation; structures; and corporate transactions and has been actively involved in the incorporation and registration process of Business Names (Sole Proprietorships and Partnerships), Companies and Incorporated Trustees in Nigeria at Corporate Affairs Commission.

He is a keenly innovative, productive, proactive, and versatile, thoroughbred legal practitioner who is passionate about legal practice. He is a confident, highly self-motivated, and experienced team player.

Mustapha Naheem

Mustapha Naheem is a diligent and commercially aware legal practitioner with a strong interest in Corporate and Finance Law. He graduated with First Class Honours from Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife, finishing as one of the top five students in the Faculty of Law. He proceeded to the Nigerian Law School, Kano Campus, and was called to the Nigerian Bar.

He is a recipient of the Hon. Justice OROJO Prize for the Best Graduating Student in Law of Business Associations and the OAU Alumni Prize for Students with First Class Honours. His practice focuses on corporate governance, regulatory compliance, business advisory, and commercial transactions.

Mustapha has authored several papers, among which is “Beneficial Ownership Disclosure under CAMA 2020: Balancing Transparency and Privacy”—a well-received scholarly article that reflects his commitment to legal development and reform. He has also served in various leadership and editorial capacities, such as the Leadership Impact and Development (LID) Project Africa.

He brings added value to clients through his strength in legal research, digital content strategy, and policy analysis. Mustapha is engaged in full-time legal practice and is an active member of the Nigerian Bar Association, with interests in Mergers and Acquisitions, Financial Regulation, and Corporate Governance
